James and Jenna

James and Jenna came in town for me to do their engagement pictures today! We had so much fun hanging out with them (My kids just adore Uncle James and *almost* Aunt Jenna!) and we scarfed down some Monicals before we went for pictures (and Krekel's ice cream after pictures!) So...I may have gained 5 pounds today, but it was so worth it!

One of my favorite things about photo shoots is just going on an adventure...taking new paths and finding new places I've never seen before. I am super excited with how their pictures are looking so far (I hope you guys like them too! I'll have the rest of your proofs ready soon!)

This photo just makes me laugh! Jenna is so much shorter than "James the Giant" that we ended up finding a log to help make her taller. Aren't they cute? :)

I had so much fun taking pictures with you two...hopefully we can get together again soon!!!

xoxo

Love your pictures! I found your blog via PinkInk and didn't know where to save your blog in my reader - in the photography file or the scrapbooking file - ha ha! I am a newbie photographer and love digital scrapbooking. (I decided on photography) I then read you ate Monicals pizza and thought you must be in Illinois because I don't think Monicals is national. I am in Peoria. So I looked up your profile and saw you love Third Day. That's one of our favorite groups. So now I will have to read your blog all the time! Thanks!
